Враховуючи той фактор, що громадяни України зацікавлені в придбанні автомобілів, а питання законності та легальності ввезення і переміщення транспортних засобів із країн Європейського Союзу на територію України та переміщення їх по території України сьогодні недостатньо врегульовані, виникає потреба в детальному аналізі законодавства та внесенні пропозицій щодо його удосконалення. Транспортні засоби з європейською реєстрацією ввозяться на територію України за певними схемами. Зазвичай такими схемами є митні режими «транзит» і «тимчасове ввезення». Проаналізувавши законопроекти, що врегульовують це питання, ми виділили позитивні та негативні моменти і пропонуємо внести зміни, які забезпечать врегулювання питання ввезення автомобілів з іноземною реєстрацією.
