Залежно від правової регламентації розрізняють процесуальні (правові) і не процесуальні (організаційні) форми взаємодії. Розглянуто процесуальні форми взаємодії, що є запорукою успішного виконання завдань кримінального провадження. The article examines the concepts, tasks, principles, forms of interaction of the investigator with employees of other units during the pre-trial investigation of evasions from conscription and mobilization. Depending on the legal regulations, there are procedural (legal) and non-procedural (organizational) forms of interaction.
