Запропоновано методичний підхід щодо оцінки обсягів фінансових ресурсів добробуту, з'ясовано ступінь і характер участі податкових, видаткових, трансфертних, актуарних, боргових каналів та каналів трансформації державної власності у фінансових потоках фіскального трансмісійного механізму формування ресурсної бази фонду добробуту. The thesis considers the formation of the financial architectonics designed to ensure the national well-being of Ukraine. This study combines the methodological approach ‘beyond GDP’ and a theory of financial transmission mechanisms. The theoretical approaches to defining the functional principles of financial architectonics, aimed at achieving well-being, are given further consideration. The term ‘well-being fund’ is introduced for scientific circulation as a relatively separate financial institution, which allows revealing the state and predicting the movement of financial flows that make up the well-being of the society. The reciprocal exchange is determined as a specific type of relationships during the performance of which the exchange of goods requires neither conditions of equivalence nor reverse transaction.
