Проаналізовано принципи моделювання життєвого циклу проекту для державних та проектно-орієнтованих організацій. Досліджено особливості взаємодії зацікавлених сторін при реалізації event-проекту. The article considers the complexity and specificity of the event-projects implementation, their life cycle as well as the specific features of the interaction of stakeholders during the event-projects implementation.
