На порталі MSN (Microsoft Network), що є великим інтернет-провайдером та популярною пошуковою системою, булінг згадується більше мільйона раз, що наголошує на важливості і актуальності даної проблеми в сучасному світі. Явищу булінгу присвячено декілька великих національних і міжнародних серверів, таких як Bullying.org, Bullying Online, Stop bullying, Bullying.net і т. д. This article focuses on the concept of bullying, its main features, forms and participants of this negative phenomenon in the system of education. The mechanisms of preventing in domestic higher education institutions are proposed.
