Зокрема, висвітлюються дві базові події, що вплинули на появу цієї категорії: книга Н. Віннера «Кібернетика» та запуск штучного супутника Землі у 1957 році. Основна увага в статті приділяється як невдалій спробі утворити електронний уряд в Чилі (Кіберсін), так і утворенню американського Арпанет, який згодом став однією з основ сучасного інтернету. The article is devoted to the administrative-legal principles of the formation of e-government in the second half of the twentieth century. In particular, it cover two basic events that influenced the appearance of this category: the book by N. Winner "Cybernetics" and the launch of an artificial Earth satellite in 1957. The article focuses unsuccessful attempt to create an e-government in the Chile (Cybersyn), and the formation of US ARPANET, which subsequently became one of the foundations of the modern Internet. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
