Авторами досліджено існуючі теорії та методики керування багатопрофільним проектом, проведено оцінювання впливу лендінг-сторінки на продажі та конверсію. Було доведено, що для досягнення найкращого результату при виведенні стартапу в MVP-фазу необхідна комбінація різних інструментів управління інформаційної платформою стартапу, при цьому обсяг інвестицій може бути мінімальним. The article deals with the peculiarities of managing of the development and launch of startup information platform aimed to minimize expenses at the key stages of the project. The authors investigate the existing theories and methods of managing a multidisciplinary project, evaluate the impact of the landing site on sales and conversion. It has been proved that the best result of MVP can be achieved using a combination of different tools for managing the startup information platform.
