Запропоновані шляхи підвищення конкурентоспроможності даних закладів. The article deals with the issue of competitiveness of public catering establishments in Sumy and Sumy region. The ways of increasing the competitiveness of these institutions are proposed in the food industry. The most well-known catering establishments of the Sumy region are highlighted. The Influence of their competitive advantages and disadvantages of the overall rating of competitive nutrition facilities of the Sumy region are analyzed.
