Вказано на відсутність прямої залежності між формою власності та режимом всіх фінансів суб’єктів господарювання. The article analyzes the structure of finances of business entities in the financial system of Ukraine, based on a comprehensive analysis of the norms of economic and financial law, the peculiarities of the regime of economic activity, public-private partnership.
