Фактично в сучасній правовій науці чіткого юрисдикційного закріплення категорія «фінансова безпека» не знайшла також й не розроблено теоретичного підґрунтя побудови дієвої системи. Поняття «безпека» є базисом економічної та соціальної стабільності в державі та основоположним поняттям для категорія «фінансова безпека». Тому дослідження загальної проблематики фінансової безпеки у даній роботі розкривається через вивчення даного базового поняття, аналіз його теоретичного та нормативного визначення та окреслення проблеми правового забезпечення фінансової безпеки в Україні. In the course of studying the problems and analysis of scientific and theoretical developments of domestic scientists we come to the conclusion that the category of "financial security" is studied only fragmentarily, without a clear formation of the theoretical and conceptual apparatus. In fact, in the modern legal science of clear jurisdictional consolidation, the category of "financial security" did not find and did not develop the theoretical basis for the construction of an effective system. The notion of "security" is the basis of economic and social stability in the state and the basic notion for the category "financial security". Therefore, the study of general issues of financial security in this paper is revealed through the study of this basic concept, an analysis of its theoretical and normative definition and outline of the problem of legal security of financial security in Ukraine.
