Доведено, що для посилення мотиваційного впливу на персонал підприємства доцільним є поєднання матеріальної та нематеріальної складової мотивації працівників. Обґрунтовано, що при вдалому поєднанні різних методів мотивації можна активізувати роботу працівників та підвищити їх інтерес до неї. Імплементація різних методів мотивації в системі управління персоналом сприятиме його самовдосконаленню і самореалізації, а також вплине на ефективність діяльності підприємства. The article describes the relevance of the implementation of various methods of motivation to work in the personnel management system of enterprises, identified problems of motivation and determined their impact on the performance of the enterprise. It is proved that in order to enhance the motivational impact on the personnel of the enterprise, it is advisable to combine the material and non-material component of the motivation of the workers. It is substantiated that with a successful combination of various methods of motivation, you can activate the work of employees and increase their interest in it.
