Здійснюється аналіз юридичної літератури з даної тематики. Зазначається, що на даний час законодавчого визначення поняття «економічна безпека» немає. Визначено суб’єкти, об’єкти та завдання економічної безпеки в системі її правового забезпечення. Теоретичною базою дослідження стали сучасні наукові підходи до систематизації нормативно-правових актів, що регламентують забезпечення економічної безпеки держави. The article deals with theoretical study of the concept of "economic security". An analysis of legal literature on this subject is underway. It is noted that at present there is no legislative definition of "economic security". The subjects, objects and tasks of economic security in the system of its legal support are determined.
