З метою удосконалення детермінанти «реєстрація лікарських засобів» автором сформульовано такі категорії як «реєстрація», «державна реєстрація» та «реєстрація лікарських засобів» як нормативно-правовий порядок діяльності органів публічної адміністрації (посадових осіб), змістом якої є вчинення реєстраційних дій щодо впровадження лікарського засобу, шляхом внесення відповідних записів до Єдиного державного реєстру, з метою державного обліку та контролю за законодавчо-визнаним лікарським засобом, із видачею відповідного офіційного свідоцтва про безпосередню державну реєстрацію цього засобу. In the proposed article, the peculiarity of the registration of drug circulation in Ukraine is feasible. In order to improve the determinants, the "registration of drugs" is formulated by the author categories such as "registration", "state registration" and "registration of medicines" as normative-legal order of activity of bodies of public administration (officials), the content of which is the commissioning of registration actions for the introduction of a medicinal product, through making corresponding entries to the Unified State Register for the purpose of state registration and control over the legally recognized medicinal product, with the issuance of the corresponding official certificates of direct state registration of this means. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
