Визначено, що вбивством на замовлення є умисне позбавлення життя потерпілого, вчинене за дорученням іншої особи. З’ясовано характерні ознаки, які дозволяють робити припущення про замовний характер вбивства. До них належать, зокрема, становище особи жертви в суспільстві; демонстративний і зухвалий характер вчинення злочину; використання автоматичної вогнепальної зброї, вибухових пристроїв та інших предметів, спеціально призначених для позбавлення життя; ознаки приховування злочину; мінімальна кількість слідів та інші. The article is devoted to the establishment of peculiarities of the investigation of the contract murder. It is determined that the contract murder is intentional deprivation of life of the victim, commited on behalf of another person. Clarified the characteristics which allow us to make assumptions about custom-madecharacter of murder. These include, in particular, the position of the person like a victim; demonstrative and daring nature of the crime; the use of automatic fire arms, explosive devices and other items specifically designed for the deprivation of life; signs of concealment of a crime; the minimum number of traces and others. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
