Зазначено, що у вугільній галузі України відсутні ринкові механізми ціноутворення. Вказано, що в секторі видобування енергетичного вугілля переважають шахти, які повністю або у переважній більшості перебувають у державній власності. Ринок енергетичного вугілля в значній мірі контролюється державою. Міністерство економіки та вугільної промисловості приймає рішення щодо роботи шахт державної форми власності, виходячи з власних показників видобутку. Визначено, що доцільність збереження вугледобувної галузі в Україні залежить від вирішення двох проблем: збільшення коефіцієнту корисної дії від вугільної генерації; зменшення рівні викидів парникових газів. Вирішення першої проблеми потребує зміни застарілого та зношеного обладнання у секторі генерації та ліквідації збиткових шахт. The article explores the expediency of the further functioning of the State Enterprise «Coal of Ukraine». It is noted that there are no market mechanisms of pricing in the coal industry of Ukraine. It is specified that in the sector of extraction of energy coal predominate mines, which in whole or in the vast majority are state-owned. The market for steam coal is largely controlled by the state. The Ministry of Economy and the Coal Industry decides on the work of state-owned mines based on their own mining figures. It is determined that the expediency of preserving the coal mining industry in Ukraine depends on solving two problems: increasing the coefficient of usefulness from coal generation; reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Solving the first problem requires changing outdated and worn-out equipment in the generation and elimination of loss-making mines. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
