Останнім часом увага законодавців зосереджена на забезпеченні належного захисту прав у медичній сфері, а саме реформуванню державного управління у сфері охорони здоров’я, прийняття нормативно-правових актів, реструктуризація закладів охорони здоров’я. Все це певним чином позначається на реалізації механізму захисту прав у медичній сфері. The article is devoted to the definition of the concept of administrative and legal mechanism to protect rights in the medical field. Today the urgent question is protection of rights in the medical field. Recently, the attention of legislators is focused on ensuring proper protection of rights in the medical field, namely, reforming the public administration in the field of health care, adopting regulatory acts, restructuring healthcare facilities.
