Виокремлено негативні та позитивні прояви реформи децентралізації. Доведено що ринок праці об’єднаних територіальних громад є домінантою складовою їх розвитку. Систематизовано сукупність показників, що характеризують стан ринку праці територіальних громад. Проведено експрес-аналіз стану ринку праці Білокуракінської та Новопсковської територіальних громад. Встановлено що за більшістю показників в громадах спостерігається негативна динаміка, що дає підстави стверджувати про перебільшення позитивного впливу децентралізації на соціально-економічний розвиток громад. The article analyzes the results of the reform of the administrative-territorial structure of Ukraine, systematizes the regulatory and legal framework. The negative and positive manifestations of the decentralization reform are highlighted. It is proven that the labor market of the united territorial communities is the dominant component of their development. The set of indicators characterizing the state of the labor market of the territorial communities is systematized. An express analysis of the state of the labor market of the Bilokurakinsk and Novopskov territorial communities is conducted. It is established that most of the indicators in the communities show negative dynamics, which gives grounds to assert that the positive impact of decentralization on the socio-economic development of the communities is exaggerated. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-05 Close
