The monograph identifies the main mechanisms for the regulation of rational water use based on the analysis of foreign and domestic experience. The role of environmental taxation as the main factor of incentives for the protection and rational use of water resources is defined. The authors proved the imperfection of the mechanisms of environmental taxation in the context of the formation of environmental safety.
