The criteria of the effectiveness of IT solutions implementation are researched. The main characteristics and peculiarities of existing methods for evaluating the effectiveness of IT implementation are analyzed to determine the optimal one. A comprehensive methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of IT implementation is proposed.
