Питання щодо спадкування має важливе теоретичне та практичне значення, адже сьогодні з’являються нові процедури оформлення та набуття спадкового майна, для яких не завжди наявне належне правове регулювання, тому цілком доцільним є вивчення історичного досвіду вирішення подібних питань як на рівні законодавства, так і на практиці. The author researched the issue of the historical development of Ukrainian law in the modern conditions of the development of the Ukrainian state. Significant interest is inherited law, which has undergone significant changes in the history of Ukrainian legislation. In view of this important and actual implementation of historical and legal studies on the formulation of the Institute of inheritance law in the Ukrainian lands during their historical development. The issue of inheritance is of great theoretical and practical importance, since today there are new procedures for the registration and acquisition of inherited property for which proper legal regulation is not always available, therefore it is expedient to study historical experience of solving such issues both at the level of legislation and on practice. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
