Proper names are attracting considerable interest due to implementation both linguistic and extralinguistic processes in their structure [1, p. 67]. Such combination creates favorable conditions for integrated study on history, culture and language that, in turn, are of principle importance while examining Old English [2, p. 1]. The aim of this paper is to conduct structural analysis of names of the Anglo-Saxons who inhabited Great Britain from 449 till 1066.
