Проаналізовано державний напрямок іпотечного кредитування з визначенням обсягів фінансування програм, що діють з залученням Державного фонду сприяння молодіжному житловому будівництву. Вивчено стан банківського іпотечного кредитування житла в Україні з визначенням сучасних тенденцій розвитку такого напрямку та ключових проблем, що призводять до недоступності банківських кредитів для населення держави. На основі визначених проблем функціонування банківського та державного напрямків іпотечного кредитування в Україні запропоновані напрямки щодо поліпшення ситуації та розвитку іпотечного ринку в Україні. The article presents the results of the analysis of the state of mortgage lending in Ukraine with the allocation of key issues that prevent the mortgage market from developing and increase the availability of its own property for the citizens of the country. The state direction of mortgage lending has been analyzed, with the definition of the amount of financing of programs that operate with the involvement of the State Fund for the Promotion of Youth Housing. The state of bank mortgage lending in Ukraine has been studied, with the definition of current trends in the development of such a direction and identified key issues that lead to inaccessibility of bank loans for the population of the state. Based on the identified problems of functioning of banking and state lines of mortgage lending in Ukraine, suggested directions for improvement of the situation and development of the mortgage market in Ukraine. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
