Розглянуто як позитивні, так і негативні аспекти запропонованих змін. Зроблено висновок про те, що створення Національного бюро фінансової безпеки України та внесення відповідних змін до Кримінального та Кримінального процесуального кодексів України не усуне дублювання повноважень правоохоронних органів як суб’єктів гарантування фінансово-економічної безпеки держави. The article is devoted to the study of the changes proposed to be introduced into the criminal and criminal procedural legislation by the Law of Ukraine “On the National Bureau of Financial Security of Ukraine”. Both positive and negative aspects of proposed changes are considered. It is concluded that the creation of the National Bureau of Financial Security of Ukraine and the introduction of appropriate amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine and the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine will not eliminate duplication of powers of law enforcement bodies as subjects of providing financial and economic security of the state. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
