В статье проведен анализ основных проблем правового регулирования безналичных расчетов в Украине, определены основные тенденции усовершенствования организации безналичного денежного оборота на уровне государства, предложено определить цели государственного регулирования безналичных расчетов в Украине. The article analyzes the main problems of legal regulation of cashless settlements in Ukraine, identifies the main tendencies of improving the organization of cashless money circulation at the state level, proposes to determine the goals of state regulation of cashless settlements in Ukraine. The authors argue that for cashless payments in modern conditions, on the one hand, there is a constant development and modification of technologies used in their implementation, and on the other - the strengthening of the influence on them of the state, on the other hand, as an integral part of the legal regulation of non-cash calculations have resulted in a wide range of financial and legal norms concerning the tax, currency, budget legislation, legislation on combating the legalization of proceeds from crime and terrorist financing. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
