The authors analyze the positions of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Kazakhstan in the ratings of innovation activity to use the experience of these countries in the realities of the economic development of Ukraine. Peculiarities of innovation implementation in different countries are studied. The main problems that hinder the development of innovative businesses in Ukraine are highlighted.
