Among the pulmonary forms of tuberculosis, the most frequent contact persons took place infiltrative – in 65 (56,6%) patients. Resistance of mycobacteria to anti-TB drugs was recorded in 48 (39,3%) patients. Raises the question of the need to break «the epidemiological chain» by isolating patients.
