Його перевагою є наявність теоретичного матеріалу з методологій інформаційного моделювання, опису CASE-засобів структурного аналізу та проектування для їх освоєння, а також лабораторні роботи з реалізації «Наскрізного індивідуального проекту» на основі індивідуального об’єкта дослідження при вивченні різних навчальних дисциплін. Призначений для студентів та викладачів, які здійснюють підготовку за спеціальностями на базі інформаційного моделювання з використанням CASE-засобів структурного аналізу та проектування. The textbook collects and systematizes regulatory projects and documents on the software product life cycle and training of information technology specialists. Considerable attention is paid to the description of the conceptual foundations of software product engineering (SWEBOK), the Computing Curricula project for teaching information technology, the standards of education in Ukraine in the IT field, as well as standards for the design, implementation and operation of IT industry products. Its advantage is the availability of theoretical material on information modeling methodologies, descriptions of CASE tools for structural analysis and design for their development, as well as laboratory work on the implementation of the “End-to-end individual project” based on an individual research object in the study of various disciplines.
