Зазначається, що захист трудових прав працівників, які розривають договір за власним бажанням, потребує вдосконалення та покращення з урахуванням зарубіжного досвіду. The article is devoted to the clarification of certain issues of the rights of employees when they terminate their employment contract on their own. The author focuses on problematic issues and innovations in the implementation of workers' rights when termination of an employment contract of their own accord.
