The article explores the basis for the implementation of the fundamental and major priorities of the present, namely the formation of an effective mechanism for the protection of human rights. Therefore, thanks to the ratification of the Concept of Human Rights and Freedoms, taxpayers were given the opportunity to appeal to the European Court of Human Rights for the protection of their rights, as well as its influence on modern Ukrainian legal proceedings. popup.nrat_date 2025-07-17 Close
