Акцентується увага на необхідності стимулювання розвитку ІСІ та КУА, як інститутів інвестування, правові засади функціонування яких дають змогу колективізувати капітали та розділяти ризики. The article is devoted to the study on state regulation of the interaction between joint investment institutes and asset management companies in Ukraine. Substantiated the need to establish the interaction between joint investment institutes and asset management companies as stimulant precondition of joint investment development in context of its state regulation.
