Розглянуто основні зміни, передбачені медичною реформою в Україні та наслідки повноцінного переходу до системи медичного страхування. The article defines the dynamics of financing of the health care system from the expenditure part of the budget and insurance companies is researched. The health systems by the nature of financing is characterized. The experience of Estonia, the Netherlands and the USA regarding the introduction and features of the functioning of the health insurance system is analyzed.
