Побудовано моделі, які описують вплив факторів на загальну площу, введену в експлуатацію, та характеризують динаміку розвитку будівельної галузі. Проаналізовано вплив курсу долара на ринок будівельних послуг у динаміці. За допомогою аналізу часового ряду здійснено прогноз з урахуванням продовження або припинення девальвації гривні. Висвітлено основні проблеми будівельної галузі. Building industry is investigational by means of regressive analysis in the article. Models that describe influence of factors on a general area put into an operation and characterize the dynamics of development of building industry are built. Influence of course of dollar is analyzed on the market of building services in a dynamics. By means of analysis of sentinel row a prognosis is carried out with taking into account of continuation or stopping of devaluation of hryvnya.
