The article presents the author’s attempt to streamline the administrative services provided by the Ukraine’s SFS offices. The author places special emphasis on existence of the certification administrative. Scientific novelty lies in defining of the administrative services’ classification criteria provided by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, i.e.: a) the scope of the Ukraine’s SFS offices administrative activity, pursuant to which it’s reasonable to note registration, licensing, certification, information administrative services; b) legal consequences under which the SFS offices’ administrative services can be divided into those resulting in acquisition, change, suspension of rights or obligations of an individual; c) the Ukraine’s SFS tasks. popup.nrat_date 2025-07-17 Close
