На цьому дослідницькому етапі визначено практичні підходи до впровадження механізмів оцінювання якості вищої освіти.У роботі осмислено вітчизняний та зарубіжний досвід, розглянуто приклади, здійснено системну класифікацію механізмів оцінювання якості вищої освіти в умовах європейської інтеграції та світової глобалізації. Узагальнено критерії і показники щодо створення механізмів оцінювання якості вищої освіти. Обґрунтовано засади ефективної політики і стратегії розбудови системи забезпечення та вдосконалення якості вищої освіти і трансформації управління вищою освітою в контексті формування лідерської культури конкурентоспроможної якості вищої освіти в Україні. Видання буде корисним для викладачів, дослідників, керівників і здобувачів вищої освіти, а також інших осіб, які цікавляться модернізацією цієї освітньої ланки. Preprint "Analysis of leading domestic and foreign experience in assessing the quality of higher education in the context of European integration: analytical materials (part II)" prepared on the basis of the results of the second stage of scientific research on the topic "Mechanisms for assessing the quality of higher education in the context of European integration" by a team of scientists and scholars in higher education of the Institute of Higher Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine. At this research stage, practical approaches to implementing mechanisms for assessing the quality of higher education are identified.The work makes sense of domestic and foreign experience, examines examples, systematically classifies mechanisms for assessing the quality of higher education in the context of European integration and global globalization. The criteria and indicators for creating mechanisms for evaluating the quality of higher education are summarized. The principles of an effective policy and strategy of developing a system of ensuring and improving the quality of higher education and transformation of higher education management in the context of forming a leadership culture of competitive higher education quality in Ukraine are substantiated.
