Гоголя Description Специфіка підготовки майбутніх соціальних працівників у сфері сталого розвитку зумовлена підвищеною складністю до розвитку лідерства та шляхів його впровадження до практичної соціальної роботи. Мета дослідження полягає у обґрунтуванні особливостей лідерства у сфері сталого розвитку в умовах професійної підготовки майбутніх соціальних працівників. Акцентується увага на актуальності проблеми лідерства як соціального феномена сучасного суспільства.Дослідженням визначено, що наявність різних поглядів на сутність і призначення лідерства зумовлює існування різних підходів до виховання лідерів.Здійснено пошук наукового дискурсу проблеми соціальної роботи та лідерства в сфері сталого розвитку суспільства. Проаналізовано ключові компетенції фахівців зі сталого розвитку та майбутніх соціальних працівників. Зроблено висновки про визначну роль лідерства в організації спільної діяльності на досягненні цілей сталого розвитку. Наведено досвід впровадження ідей сталого розвитку в освітній процес професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців із соціальної роботи. Specificity of training of future social workers in the field of sustainable development is caused by the increased complexity of leadership development and ways of its implementation to practical social work. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the features of leadership in the field of sustainable development in the conditions of professional training of future social workers. Attention is paid to the urgency of the problem of leadership as a social phenomenon of modern society. The research has determined that the presence of different views on the essence and purpose of leadership leads to the existence of different approaches to the education of leaders. The scientific discourse of the problem of social work and leadership in the sphere of sustainable development of society is made. The key competencies of sustainable development professionals and future social workers are analyzed. Conclusions have been made about the prominent role of leadership in organizing collaborative activities to achieve sustainable development goals.
