У навчальному виданні систематизовано викладено навчальні модулі підвищення кваліфікації, що відповідає освітньо-професійній програмі підвищення кваліфікації керівників, науково-педагогічних і педагогічних працівників з дистанційного навчання та інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій, яка базується на компетентнісному підході, поділяє філософію визначення вимог до фахівця, покладену в основу Болонського процесу та в міжнародному Проекті Європейської Комісії «Гармонізація освітніх структур в Європі» (Tuning Educational Structures in Europe, TUNING). Авторами розкрито аспекти інноваційної технології змішаного навчання: теоретичний (від генезису до дидактики), інституційний, управлінсько-технологічний і педагогічний; розроблено рекомендації щодо технологій організації змішаного навчання в закладах післядипломної освіти; запропоновано моделі змішаного навчання в системі відкритої післядипломної освіти взагалі, на курсах підвищення кваліфікації зокрема. Підручник побудовано на діяльнісній основі: до нього увійшли блоки самоперевірки, творчі питання та практичні завдання. Для керівних, науково-педагогічних і педагогічних кадрів закладів післядипломної освіти, здобувачів вищої освіти. The textbook is the result of the second stage of the collective research work on the theme: "Theoretical and methodological foundations of the introduction of blended learning technologies in the system of open postgraduate education" of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 0117U002382 (2017-2019). The educational edition systematically outlines the training modules of professional development, which corresponds to the educational and professional program of professional development of managers, scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical workers in distance learning and information and communication technologies, which is based on a competent approach, shares the philosophy of determination in philosophy the basis of the Bologna Process and in the international project of the European Commission Tuning Educational Structures in Europe (TUNING).
