Учені використовують різні поняття: кіберзлочини, злочини у сфері інформаційних технологій, комп’ютерні злочини тощо. Однак, досліджуючи їх визначення, стає зрозумілим, що вони є однаковими. Дано авторське визначення злочинів у сфері інформаційних технологій. The article discusses the scientific positions and legislative sources of what should be called an information technology crime. Scientists use different concepts: cybercrime, information technology crime, computer crime, etc. However, when considering these definitions, it becomes clear that they are the same.
