Відзначається, що обсяг компетенції Центрального банку (далі – ЦБ) та правові засади випуску ЦВЦБ залежатимуть від економіко-правових особливостей цифрової валюти, ступеня її впливу на грошово-кредитну політику держави, фінансову стабільність економіки країни тощо. The article is devoted to identifying the features of the digital currency of the Central Bank (hereinafter - the Central Securities Depository), clarifying their impact on monetary policy and identifying prospects for the transformation of domestic banking legislation in connection with the introduction of the Central Securities Depository. It is noted that the scope of competence of the Central Bank (hereinafter - the Central Bank) and the legal basis for the issuance of the Central Securities Depository will depend on the economic and legal characteristics of digital currency, the degree of its impact on monetary policy, financial stability and more. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
