Але у зв’язку з нестабільною, недосконалою та слабкою системою вивчення англійської мови в українських ЗВО та у країні в цілому ми не маємо змоги йти в ногу з часом та перебувати на належному рівні політикоекономічного розвитку на ряду з провідними державами світу. Саме тому на сучасному етапі розвитку освіти в Україні запроваджується чимало нововведень та змін, в тому числі, це стосується і законодавства. Сфера англійської мови у вищій освіті завжди була та залишається досі «Ахіллесовою п’ятою». English is a modern and stable language of international communication. All progressive countries have long been leaders in its study and knowledge. That is, the success of the country directly depends on the level of knowledge of the largest and most universal language in the world. But due to the unstable, imperfect and weak system of English language learning in Ukrainian free economic zones and in the country as a whole, we are not able to keep up with the times and be at the proper level of political and economic development along with the world's leading countries. That is why at the present stage of development of education in Ukraine many innovations and changes are introduced, including the legislation.
