Авторами, на підставі аналізу судової практики виявлені та проаналізовані склад проступків, що можуть бути кваліфіковані як булінг The article is devoted to the study of the legal regulation of bullying in inclusive education. It explores the peculiarities of the development of inclusive education in Ukraine, draws attention to the problems in its implementation. The authors studied such a phenomenon as "bullying", its manifestations in general and in the process of implementing inclusive education.
