Встановлено, що досліджуване правове явище включає в себе дві складові: визначення саме ефективності механізму правового регулювання галузевих відносин та встановлення внутрішньої будови механізму, визначення місця кожного його елементу у їх системі, за допомогою якої здійснюється регулювання суспільних відносин, у яких реалізується, охороняється і захищається право на соціальний захист. The article is devoted to the research of theoretical and practical problems of the mechanism of legal regulation of relations in the right of social security.
