З моменту підписання Україною Угоди про асоціацію з Європейським Союзом виникла необхідність впровадження та закріплення в національному законодавстві такої інституції як публічна служба. The article is devoted to the description of the legal status of a judge of a court of general jurisdiction as a public servant. In the conditions of active development and improvement of the system of public administration in the world the role of public service as a defining feature of the state for which the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens are the highest social value increases.
