Структура Національної поліції є досить складною і через недоліки в законодавстві існують проблеми, які стосуються взаємодії між підрозділами. У публікації розглянуто порядок призначення осіб на посаду поліцейського та визначено основні проблеми відбору кандидатів до лав Національної поліції. Підкреслено важливість введення в Законі України «Про Національні поліцію» завдання поліції - надання в межах, визначених законом, послуг з допомоги особам, які з особистих, економічних, соціальних причин або внаслідок надзвичайних ситуацій потребують такої допомоги. The scientific article examines which legal acts regulate the activities of this law enforcement agency, on the basis of current legislation clarifies the structure, the main tasks of the police. The structure of the National Police is quite complex and due to shortcomings in the legislation there are problems related to the interaction between units. The publication considers the procedure for appointing persons to the position of a police officer and identifies the main problems in selecting candidates for the National Police. The importance of introducing in the Law of Ukraine "On National Police" the task of the police - providing within the limits set by law, services to assist persons who for personal, economic, social reasons or as a result of emergencies need such assistance. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
