За роки незалежності України було сформовано антикорупційне законодавство, що включало нормативно-правові акти у цій сфері, метою яких було адміністративно-правове протидії корупції. The article considers the evolutionary course of adoption of legislative acts in Ukraine on counteraction to corruption, beginning with the declaration of independence of the state, defined the essence of the state policy in the fight against it, analyzed the chronology of the stages of legislative adoption anti-corruption acts, as conducting constant research, observations anti-corruption activities of law enforcement is very important today development of Ukraine.
