Встановлено, що досліджуване правове явище охоплює дві складові: аналіз причин виникнення домашнього насильства та визначення місця кожного із суб’єктів, які охоплюються даними відносинами. Зроблено висновок, що з урахуванням кількості наукових праць, предметом яких були окремі елементи механізму запобігання та протидії домашньому насильству, більш доцільним є дослідження даного явища через призму встановлення історичних передумов його виникнення The article is devoted to the study of the historical preconditions for combating and preventing domestic violence. It is established that the studied legal phenomenon covers two components: analysis of the causes of domestic violence and determination of the place of each of the subjects covered by this relationship. It is concluded that taking into account the number of scientific papers, the subject of which were some elements of the mechanism of prevention and counteraction to domestic violence, it is more appropriate to study this phenomenon through the prism of establishing the historical preconditions for its occurrence popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
