Розкрито питання кіберзепеки як поняття тотожне інформаційній безпеці, його функції та правову природу. This article analyzes the concept of cybersecurity in the system of providing economic security in the state and society as a whole. The legal nature of cybersecurity is investigated. Analysis performed the provisions of the law, the theorists and practitioners and defines it as a separate sector providing economic security.
