Як і будь-який працюючий громадянин, поліцейський патрульної поліції має право на безпечні умови праці та охорону праці. У статті встановлено необхідність вдосконалення сучасної системи забезпечення особистої безпеки патрульних поліцейських в Україні необхідно шляхом розробки програм підготовки як психологічної так і фізичної щодо дій в конкретних життєвих ситуаціях, особливо в екстремальних, щоб посилити психологічні навики, комунікативні навики, та виробити психологічну готовність діяти певним чином в певних життєвих реальних обставинах The article stipulates that the issue of personal security of a patrol police officer is a public issue, as the level of law and order, stability, security of individual citizens, society and the state depends on the effectiveness of patrol police activities. Like any working citizen, a patrol police officer has the right to safe working conditions and labor protection.
