Окремо звертається увагу на порівняння місця судового прецеденту в романо-германській та англосаксонській правових сім’ях. Наголошується на тому, що переважна більшість держав- представників кожної правової сім’ї поступово починають вдосконалювати власну законодавство в цьому напрямі з метою адаптації останнього до вимог сучасності. The article examines the judicial precedent as a source of law in the Roman-Germanic legal family, identifies the main features and characteristics of the judicial precedent within this legal family. Separately, attention is drawn to the comparison of the place of the judicial precedent in the Roman-Germanic and Anglo-Saxon legal families. It is noted that the overwhelming majority of state representatives of each legal family are gradually beginning to improve their own legislation in this direction in order to adapt the latter to the requirements of the present. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
