Також автором планується дослідити аспекти міжнародного співробітництва Державної фіскальної служби України з іншими митними органами в питаннях щодо визначення країни походження товарів, які переміщуються через митний кордон України. Визначити можливості в подальшому застосування преференційних умов, передбачених Угодами про вільну торгівлю, укладеними за участю України, в попереджені, виявленні та/або припиненні пов’язаними з відомостями про походження товару, порушень митних правил. This article is aimed at studying the main aspects of legal and organizational support for the exchange of information on the country of origin of goods during the customs business in Ukraine. The author also plans to explore aspects of international cooperation of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine with other customs authorities in determining the country of origin of goods moving across the customs border of Ukraine. Identify opportunities for further application of the preferential conditions provided for in the Free Trade Agreements concluded with the participation of Ukraine in the prevention, detection and / or termination of violations of customs regulations related to information on the origin of goods. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
