Попри це, нажаль, в Україні щороку фіксується значна кількість травм, а також смертей, що настають внаслідок травмування на виробництві або професійного захворювання. Згідно вимог законодавства про працю забезпечення безпечних і нешкідливих умов праці покладається на власника або уповноважений ним орган. Відносини State policy in the field of labor protection is aimed at creating appropriate, safe and healthy working conditions, prevention of accidents and occupational injuries. Despite this, unfortunately, every year in Ukraine a significant number of injuries are recorded, as well as deaths resulting from injuries at work or occupational diseases.
